Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

During peak periods or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays or seasonal demand.


Free Shipping

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping across Australia as part of our Grand Closure Sale. Once these pieces are gone, they will not be restocked.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time using the tracking link provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Harlow & Stone cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Missing Parcels
